Welcome to our latest blog showcasing the sheet metal work we have done for IOTA Garden‘s collaboration with Emilie Bausager and Amelia Bouquet, two talented Garden Designers exhibiting at the renowned Royal Horticultural Society‘s Chelsea Flower Show 2023.
The showpiece garden, called The Platform Garden, is a visionary creation in collaboration with Energy Garden, an organisation dedicated to community-led gardening and sustainable initiatives in London.
The manufacturing process involved in this specific project featured:
We have crafted a range of curved powder-coated metal elements, including stunning planters, a comfortable bench, and an innovative compost bin. These elements form an integral part of The Platform Garden’s train station of the future theme, which incorporates drought-tolerant planting, edible gardens, and rainwater harvesting techniques.
The collaboration with Energy Garden is especially exciting, as the garden will be relocated to Latimer Road station in London after the show.
We are thrilled to be a part of this sustainability-driven initiative and look forward to making a positive impact in partnership with IOTA Garden, Emilie Bausager and Amelia Bouquet.
The Chelsea Flower Show is currently running on the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea in Chelsea, London, until Saturday 27th May. If you are attending, make sure to stop by Site SW805 to appreciate The Platform Garden in person.
We have been working with garden design and street furniture companies for many years refining our skills and knowledge within the industry.
