Folding

We currently have six press brakes which can fold sheet metal up to 6000mm with a pressing pressure up to 640 tonnes. We invest in the latest technology to support you with your projects ranging from Heavy Machinery, Modular Buildings, Electric Vehicle Charging Points, through to Signage and many more products and industries.

Fabrication

We have the capacity to fabricate your metal projects using the following methods of welding:

• TIG Welding
• MIG Welding
• Spot Welding
• Coded Welding

We can fabricate many materials, from Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper, Iron, Titanium, Galvanised Sheet, Zintec, and Aluminium. More exotic metals can be fabricated upon request.

Finishing

Our innovative paint-shop facility enables us to provide finishing for your sheet metal project in various products. Custom fabrications can be wet painted up to 12 metres in length and 16 tonnes in weight. We provide:

• Graining
• Rumbling
• Shotblasting
• Phosphate Wash
• Powder Coating
• Wet Painting

Assembly

Our metal assembly services ensure the efficient joining of various metal components, guaranteeing sturdy and reliable structures. We specialise in expert assembly techniques, delivering top-notch results for diverse industries and projects:
