On Friday 17th February, we’ll be welcoming a ‘newcomer’ on our shopfloor here at ADS.

Hint: it’s essential for us to stay ahead of the game in terms of new and innovative equipment that will enhance our services further. And this one’s definitely got something to do with our efforts…
Also, with it, we’ll be one of the few metal manufacturers in the UK to have both this and another investment we made earlier this year.

The new ‘arrival’ will be the latest in a round of investments since our business moved to new premises in the former home of Fox’s Confectionary in Leicester last year.
A 10-month renovation of the factory saw 24 dedicated welding bays, six gantry cranes and a paint line installed, creating a full assembly shop. Two new Trumpf lasers and an on-site shot blasting unit were also installed.
Our 100-strong team now work from the 88,000 sqft facility, producing solutions for clients across the automotive, construction, mining, and specialist manufacturing sectors.
We have also invested heavily in clean energy solutions, including solar panels to generate around 60% of the energy our operations require.
