ADS Laser Cutting’s team of experienced sheet metal fabricators have manufactured a range of IP and non-IP metal enclosures, covers and grilles for the HVAC Equipment industry.
As the Premier Metal Laser Cutting, Folding, Fabrication, Finishing and Assembly, we have worked on a number of projects within the HVAC sector. This includes manufacturing metal enclosures, covers and grilles.
There is no one-size-fits-all solution for heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Therefore our customers require the finished product to be high quality. This needs to be done, whilst following strict safety standards and Ingress Protection ratings. Each process is completed with a quality check, before moving through to the next stage.
We have broad experience in fabricating materials, such as 304 and 316 stainless steels, along with galvanised and powder-coated mild steel. These are used for enclosures situated in harsher environments.
Being a full solutions provider, we can work with you from concept design as well as always aiming to put forward the most cost-effective and suitable solution. As all of our processes are in-house from laser cutting, through to folding, welding, powder coating and assembling, we can anywhere in the UK.
