ADS, as a family-owned and managed business, prides itself in employing local people and is committed to ensuring opportunities are open to all regardless of ethnicity, age, sex, or disability. Employees have incentives including free on-site staff car parking, workwear and additional holidays for length of service.

ADS are committed to improving its carbon footprint. Moving to our current location at the Fox’s Site Sunningdale Road on Braunstone Frith Industrial Estate in Leicester, we have seen the installation of LED lighting throughout, insulated windows and Solar Panels.

ADS are also looking to install EV Charging points and encourage employees to use and consider electric cars. The new site has a clean and fresh canteen, with comfortable facilities for employees to relax during break times and additional seating outside in nice surroundings in the warmer months of the year.

Health and Safety of Employees and any Customers/Contractors on site are paramount to ADS and policies are in place covering all areas including inductions, training, and risk assessments. Regular feedback and reviews, as well as Key Performance Indicators, support the continuous development of Staff and short/medium/long-term objectives of ADS. We have additionally introduced our company-wide bonus scheme for all staff.
