What an Apprenticeship at ADS Could Bring to Your Career

International Day of Education took place on 24th January, and more recently, National Apprenticeship Week ran from Monday 6th February to Sunday 12th February.

For the occasion and because these celebrations represent values that we hold close to our vision and mission here at ADS, we interviewed one of our team Isaac Devine, Programmer, who started his journey with us as an Apprentice.

For a number of years now we have been running apprenticeship programmes in collaboration with Leicester College. In September 2023, we will develop our programme across our Fabrication, Laser/Fold and Assembly teams.

Recently, we’ve enhanced our offering with two additional apprenticeships in Fabrication and Welding.

Fun fact: most apprentices we train stay with us for employment after they finish their programme!
